FIELD: technological processes.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a method for accelerating the curing of radically curable resins with organic peroxide using a redox system, as well as a two-component composition for curing radically curable resins. Method is carried out by adding to a curable resin selected from unsaturated polyester resins, vinyl ester resins and (meth)acrylate resins, organic peroxide and a metal-containing polymer. Said metal-containing polymer includes functional groups that coordinate with a metal selected from the group consisting of Cu, Mn, Fe and V, and form a complex together with said metal and complexing agent.
EFFECT: creation of environmentally friendly accelerating systems with less toxicity for health and/or the environment.
