FIELD: metal processing.

SUBSTANCE: cutting tool body and metal treatment machine includes a cutting part extending from the body part. Body part is made for accurate adjustment of position of the cutting part and comprises inner and outer section located between inner section and cutting part. Outer section comprises adjacent first and second sections. First section is made with possibility of elastic bending and is located between inner section and cutting part and comprises face surface adjacent to the second section. Second section includes shifting surface and displacing section to accommodate displacing element.

EFFECT: when displacing section moves due to movement of the shifting element relative to shifting surface, the first section bends and thus changes the position of the cutting part extending from it allowing its accurate adjustment.
