SUBSTANCE: rotary tool comprises disk-shaped body having axis of rotation, opposite first and second surfaces, peripheral surface connecting first and second surfaces, and cutting part. Cutting part includes seat for cutting plate, groove made on first surface and surrounding seat for cutting plate if looking at first surface in direction of rotation axis, and positioning hole. Rotating tool additionally includes a positioning screw installed in the positioning hole and configured to adjust the position of the cutting edge of the cutting plate installed in the mounting seat for the cutting plate.
EFFECT: group of inventions can be used for longitudinal cutting of materials.
