FIELD: geophysics.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to geophysics and can be used for interpretation of geological fractures. Invention discloses systems and methods of building pure stratigraphic seismic traces using diagnostic displays, diagnostic tools and methods of checking quality of fracture. Disclosed technique comprises selecting first seismic trace outside range of seismic routes of a plurality of seismic routes, taken in parallel to side of beginning of fracture. Cross-correlation coefficients are calculated for selected seismic traces with subsequent seismic route for a predetermined number of vertical displacement up and down. Corresponding parabolic curve for each cross-correlation coefficient in order to obtain sub-example shift between selected seismic route and subsequent seismic route is used. Method includes estimating accumulation sub-examples shift(s) between selected seismic route and subsequent seismic route. Method includes selecting subsequent seismic line outside range of seismic routes of a plurality of accumulated seismic routes and repeating until score exceeds a predetermined threshold.
EFFECT: technical result is increased accuracy and reliability of obtained data.
