FIELD: medical equipment.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medical devices. Neurostimulator contains stimulating electrodes in contact with nerve fibre, accumulator, impulse generator and an electrode detecting neuron impulse on nerve fibre. Neuron impulse signal is summed up with signals from standard generator which are impulses proportional to amplitude of neuron impulse with sawtooth modulation of stepwise variation of carrier frequency in the range corresponding to a band of neuron impulse frequencies for each step of phase change from 0° to 180°. Analyzer determines which part of the resultant signal at frequency and phase was inhibited in counter phase, when summed with neuron impulse. This information is transmitted to signal generator, which resumes generation of inhibited signal on frequency, phase, amplitude and duration and transmits it to stimulating electrodes. Length of steps of stepwise variation of carrier frequencies and discrete phase change are determined by conditions of identifying signals by analyzer.
EFFECT: higher quality of nerve tissue electrostimulation and high frequency-selective properties of the device at decrease of weight and dimension parameters due to mixing of neuron impulse and standard frequency-modulated and phase-modulated impulses for obtaining information on parameters of neuron impulse for creation of generated impulse capable of neuron impulse suppression are achieved.
