SUBSTANCE: invention relates to electrical engineering. Proposed is a device for power takeoff from the power transmission line included in the electrical system with earthed neutral. Device consists of a circuit of in-series connected capacitors and a primary transformer winding. Device is connected between each line phase of and the grounding. Secondary winding of the transformer is loaded.

EFFECT: to achieve technical result - the possibility of using capacitors with the rated voltage of up to 10 kV in high-voltage network, it is proposed, parallel to the load, to include additional electric capacity.
