FIELD: medicine.

SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, namely to traumatology. The osteosynthesis technique includes rod locks inserted in bone fragments through a surgical incision of soft tissues and provided with bearing supports kept over a bone surface. A locking rod is delivered within a bone to bottom its bearing support through a cell at one edge of a sheet made of soft-elastic close-meshed grid. The other locking rods are inserted with their working ends divergent through the other cells at the same edge of the grid sheet. Then a free lateral edge of the grid sheet is bent with covering the bearing supports of the locks and attached to the fixed lateral edge of the sheet. The grid cell dimensions exceed the rod thickness, but are less than dimensions of its bearing support.

EFFECT: said grid can be made of metal soft-elastic wire, of elastic synthetic material or of long spontaneously resolving material.
