FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: electrode device for electroporation of patient's part of body has supporting member, pair of electrodes positioned on bearing member for their approach and removal and for their arrangement on opposite sides of part of body subject to electroporation. System also includes sensing element for determination of space between electrodes and generation of signal proportional to this space, as well as facility which responds to this signal and is designed to supply electrodes with electric pulses of high amplitude proportional to space between electrodes. Method of therapeutic application of electroporation for introduction of molecules inside cells of part of patient's body uses electrode facilities with adjustable space between electrodes. This makes it possible to position electrodes properly and to measure space between them during treatment of internal tumors. EFFECT: enhanced efficiency. 15 cl, 9 dwg
