FIELD: medicine; medical engineering. SUBSTANCE: method involves applying a device for superimposing electric fields over preselected area on living body. The device has supporting members, electrode unit mounted on the supporting members. Some part of the electrodes is manufactured as needles penetrating into tissue. Electric impulse oscillator unit allows one to send electric impulse signals of large amplitudes to electrodes for performing electroporation of cells located between the electrodes. Electrode unit has opposing pairs of electrodes mounted on supporting members at some distance from one another. The oscillator unit has means for sending signals to electrodes in selective mode. The signal parameters are set to be proportional to interelectrode distance. Switching members enable one to send signals to the opposite electrode pairs. The method involves introducing molecular solution into tissues, positioning electrodes in a way that enables preselected tissue areas to be placed between the electrodes, introducing them into the tissue and connecting to the oscillator unit. Signal parameters are selected to be in proportional relation to interelectrode distance. Opposite pairs of electrodes are connected to the oscillator unit. EFFECT: enhanced effectiveness of treatment. 26 cl, 24 dwg, 2 tbl
