FIELD: meteorological equipment.
SUBSTANCE: invention is made for active impact on atmosphere to dispersion of fog and clouds at monitored territory (aerodromes, expressways, open sites for various sports and entertainment events, etc.) and inducing additional precipitation. Direction of windstreams movement relative to the planned impact area is determined. Then, a corona discharge is generated in the volume of the air flow passing through the area of the planned impact, a corona discharge. Process of generating a corona discharge is preceded by the addition of turpentine concentration to the volume of airflow that does not exceed the values established by the norms of maximum permissible concentrations.
EFFECT: high fog and cloud dissipation efficiency is provided.
