SUBSTANCE: invention can be used for active impact on atmosphere to dispersion of fog and clouds at monitored territory (aerodromes, expressways, open sites for various sports and entertainment events, etc.) and inducing additional precipitation. Direction of movement of windstreams relative to the planned impact area is determined. Then, a corona discharge is generated in the volume of the air flow passing through the area of the planned impact. During the generation of corona discharge in the passing air stream, the concentration of sulfur dioxide is controlled. Range of values is maintained in range (104-1011) 1/cm3.
EFFECT: creation of new condensation centers in the atmosphere is provided.
