FIELD: medicine.

SUBSTANCE: group of inventions refers to medicine, namely to surgical dentistry and maxillofacial surgery, and is intended for use in complex surgical and orthopaedic rehabilitation of patients after resection of segment or half of the lower jaw bone. Method for lower jaw bone repair on one of the options consists in resection of the defective bone segment of the lower jaw bone, followed by replacing it by transplant, in which simultaneously set dental implants. As a transplant use allogenic bone transplant from a series of "Alloplant", contact surfaces of which as well as contact surfaces of the jaw bone are leveled ensuring their congruence, and install there dental implants. Then the transplant with dental implants is fixed to jaw bone of patient by mini-screws and wrap a joint between transplant and jaw bone by allogenic membrane of the dura mater of "Alloplant" series. In another option at the lower jaw bone resection exarticulation is performed. As a transplant use an orthotopic or heterotopic allogeneic bone transplant of the lower jaw bone of appropriate half together with the branch and condylar ridge of an "Alloplant" series, contact surfaces of which, as well as contact surfaces of the jaw are leveled ensuring their congruence, and set the dental implants there. Then the transplant with dental implants is fixed to jaw bone of patient by mini-screws and wrap a joint between transplant and jaw bone by allogenic membrane of the dura mater of "Alloplant" series, and articular head of orthotopic or heterotopic allograft wrap in allogeneic dermis from the "Alloplant" series. Dental implants can be installed with possibility of execution of function of additional binding splint between the lower jaw bone and allogeneic transplant by means of support on it by the dental bridge, which is installed in the process of subsequent prosthetics.

EFFECT: invention ensure the restoration of the lower jaw bone in full volume with the restoration of masticatory efficiency in reducing the time of complex rehabilitation of patients.
