FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: method involves measuring spatial mathematical parameters of mandible tissues injured by tumor using computer tomography. When planning resection with violated bone continuity without exarticulation for determining implant parameters computer mathematical operations are carried out like tumor-containing mandible tissue resection, building a receiving bed on the defect ends, superimposing symmetric healthy tissue parameters over the available defect produced by symmetric computer transformation with differential parameter estimates of the resected and healthy mandible portions being calculated. The estimates are selected as implant parameters. When planning resection with violated bone continuity with exarticulation done for determining implant parameters computer mathematical operations are carried out like tumor-containing mandible tissue resection, building receiving bed on the defect ends, superimposing symmetric healthy tissue parameters over the available defect produced by symmetric computer transformation, fitting articulation implant head to cranial articulation fossa and the contact surface of the implant to the receiving bed of the retained mandible fragment bed using differential parameter estimates of the resected and healthy mandible portions for calculating spatial parameters. The implant is produced by sending the parameter values to the device for making automatic prototyping. The implant is sterilized and placed into a package.
