FIELD: electricity.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to power supply to electric networks, contacting current collectors of vehicles. Power supply system of electrified AC railways comprises external power supply system, district power supply system, traction substations, traction network, traction loads, dispatcher station, communication channels, train schedule analysis units, external loads and district loads power supply system, unit for determining time of switching circuit by train schedule, by external power supply system, by district loads and traction loads supply and unit for determination of rational power supply switching circuit of traction loads. Dispatch station includes train dispatcher and power dispatcher. Traction substations comprise power transformers with voltage regulation under load, distributors of highest, district and traction voltage.
EFFECT: technical result consists in enabling train schedule fulfillment with minimum losses of electric energy taking into account external and district power supply systems loads schedule.
