SUBSTANCE: invention relates to electrified railways. Such a result is achieved by the fact that from the train traffic standard schedule (TTSS) unit the train traffic schedule arrives to the train dispatcher, to the train traffic mode maps development centre (TTMMDC), in the TTMMDC, a mode train driving map is developed, which is supplied to an electric rolling stock operator (ERS) and an energy dispatcher to develop a normal traction load supply circuit based on predicted loads, in case of occurrence of incidents during maintenance of ERS, data on ERS location in real time are supplied to the unit for analysis of the balance of normative and fulfilled train movement schedules (BTMS) through the train dispatcher to determine the deviation of the NTMS indicators from the FTMS, obtained data are supplied to a variant train movement schedule development unit (VTMS) for development of a variant train schedule for a prospective time interval, Further, the variant train schedule is transmitted to the TTMMDC and the train dispatcher, which makes adjustments to the control of all ESP, to the TTMMDC, a developed mode map of train movement, which is supplied to the mode map development unit (MMDU) and then arrives to engineman and energy dispatcher, based on values of currents of loads of mode map of train running with account of variant schedule of train movement organizes development of normal circuits of traction loads supply in unit for development of normal supply circuits of traction loads (NSCTL) and then controls traction substations.
EFFECT: provision of possibility of interval regulation of parameters of traction power supply system for the purpose of safe execution of train traffic schedule with minimum losses and consumption of electric energy.
