FIELD: vehicles.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to power supply for electric networks contacting with current collectors of vehicles. Power supply system of electrified AC railways comprises external power supply and district power supply systems, traction substations, communication channels, electric traction network and control room with the trains dispatcher and energy dispatchers. Power supply system also contains time sensors, switchgear inputs voltage sensors, switchgear inputs current sensors, current shift angles sensors relative to the voltage, the switching devices service life sensors, recorders of the current, voltage and current shift angles relative to the voltage graphs, power losses and electric energy losses graphs recording units, energy indicators executed and scheduled graphs analysis unit, switching devices service life consumption recording unit, switching devices and the database unit rational positions selection unit. By communication channels the traffic control station is connected to the database unit, switching devices positions recording unit and switching devices rational positions selection unit.
EFFECT: technical result consists in enabling train schedule fulfillment with minimum losses of electric energy.
