Cartridge for noiseless firing in water and air environment comprises a case with a slope, propellant charge, cap primer, thrown element, piston, circular conical seal and a protective plug. In thrown element along its symmetry axis there is a through conical or spherical hole with gradual increase of inner diameter of head to its tail part, forming in end of head part a circular cutting edge.

EFFECT: higher efficiency of the cartridge.
