SUBSTANCE: rail rolling stock wheel comprising body (1) and friction discs (2) installed on it on both sides by means of fasteners. Between contact surface (B) of friction disks (2) and contact surface (A) of body (1) of the wheel there is multilayer coating (7), which on one of the surfaces of phosphate-containing layer (X) material facing contact surface (A) has containing lubricant layer (Y).
EFFECT: technical result is reduced wear of the wheel friction disk.
