FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, particularly to gynecology, proctology, surgery and can be used in surgical treatment of pelvic floor muscles weakness and diastase of tendon center of perineum. That is followed by a posterior colpotomy in the form of an inverted Y, a perineotomy in the form of a V, and then percutaneous dissection on both sides of an external edge of the onion-cavernous muscle. Level of points of percutaneous dissection is on one straight line with an upper point of the perineal tendon center. Then bulbous-cavernous muscles, tendon legs of deep transverse and superficial perineal muscles are brought to the tendon cortex by means of a suture in the form of a longitudinal figure-eight, which is conducted through the points of the transcutaneous dissection. Central peroneal tendon is reconstructed by superimposing vertical matt sutures on bulbous-cavernous, superficial transverse and external muscles of anal sphincter.
EFFECT: invention provides restoration of perineal anatomical structures, elimination of genital gap and elimination of progressing genital prolapse.
