FIELD: machine building.
SUBSTANCE: friction insert is H-shaped and is placed between inner friction surface of body of absorbing apparatus and its friction elements in made on cylindrical surface of each mobile friction element slots. Insert friction of absorbing apparatus is made of composite polymer antifriction material based on polyamide, or polypropylene, or polyethylene, or polyvinyl sulphite, or polyimide, or derivatives thereof, containing carbon fibre as fibrous filler or a mixture of carbon fibre and glass fibre, as well as randomly arranged carbon nanotubes in form of single-layer or multi-layer with number of layers from 2 to 70, or inserted one into another rolled into a tube graphite planes with number of layers from 2 to 70, wherein outer diameter of carbon nanotubes is selected from 0.1 to 100 nm, and their length from 1 to 70 mcm, content of glass fibre in its mixture with carbon fibre of fibrous filler of composite polymer antifriction material is selected from 2.58 to 11.5 wt%. Quantitative content of components, wt%: carbon fibre or a mixture of carbon fibre and glass fibre 9.7-42.4, carbon nanotubes - 0.05-0.55, polyamide - balance up to 100 %.
EFFECT: reduced time of running-in, higher protection against alternate loads on friction surface of support ring - body of absorbing apparatus, preventing jamming, providing protection against action of longitudinal forces and acceleration of cars at a rate of collision of cars of 10-12 km/h.
