FIELD: railway transport.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of railway transport, in particular to gaskets for a thrust bearing site of an over-spring beam. The gasket is made of composite polymer antifriction material based on polyamide in the form of a round plate with a central hole for a pin. Polyamide is selected from a group of polycaproamide, polyhexamethyleneadinamide, polyhexamethylenebacinamide, polyhexamethylenedodecandiamide, polyundecanamide and polydodecaamide. Material contains carbon fiber or a mixture of carbon fiber with glass fiber as a fibrous filler. Composite material also contains randomly located carbon nanotubes in the form of single-layer or multilayer with a number of layers from 2 to 70, or nested graphite plates rolled into a tube with a number of layers from 2 to 70. The outer diameter of carbon nanotubes is selected from 0.1 to 100 nm, and their length is from 1 to 70 mcm. The content of glass fiber in its mixture with carbon fiber of the fibrous filler of composite polymer antifriction material is selected from 2.58 to 11.5 wt. %. The quantitative content of components, wt. %: carbon fiber or a mixture of carbon fiber with glass fiber: 9.7-42.4, carbon nanotubes: 0.02-2.00, polyamide: the rest up to 100%.

EFFECT: destructive tension during stretching and compression of a gasket is increased.
