FIELD: machine building.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to machine building, particularly, to production of bushings of lever braking system of rail passenger or freight transport, including subway cars operated without lubrication. Bushing of lever braking system of rail transport is made of composite polymer antifriction material, which includes polymer base and containing as fiber filler carbon fiber, as well as chaotically located carbon nanotubes in the form of single-layer or multilayer with number of layers from 2 to 70 or embedded into each other each other graphite planes, external diameter of carbon nanotubes is selected from 0.1 to 100 nm, and their length is from 1 to 70 mcm. As polymer base of composite polymer antifriction material there used is thermoplastic selected from group of polyetherketone ketone, or copolymer of polyether ketone and polyphenylene sulphide (PEK+PPS), or polyethylene terephthalate, or a thermoplastic elastomer selected from a group of polyamide 6 copolymer and polyester (PA6+PE) or copolymer of polyamide 12 and polyester (PA12+PE), at following quantitative content of components, wt: carbon fiber 8.0–44.0; carbon nanotubes 0.02–2.0; thermoplastic or thermoelastoplast – up to 100 %.
EFFECT: increased service life of bushing of lever braking system of rail transport due to reduction of intensity of linear wear of working sliding layer at friction along polished steel pair from steel 40X, preservation of preset friction coefficient and stability of friction coefficient at friction on material of counter body of steel 40X, increase of destructive stress at tension and compression, increase of Charpy impact viscosity on specimens without notch.
