FIELD: machine building.

SUBSTANCE: support ring is made of composite polymer antifriction material based on polyarylene ether ketone, selected from the group of polyether ketone, or polyetherether ketone, or polyether ketone ketone, or polyetherether ketone ketone, or polyether ketone ether ketone ketone. Material contains carbon fiber or a mixture of carbon fiber with glass fiber as a fibrous filler. Material contains randomly arranged carbon nanotubes in the form of single-layer, or multi-layer or nested graphite planes rolled into a tube. Outer diameter of carbon nanotubes is selected from 0.1 to 100 nm, and their length is from 1 to 70 mcm. Content of glass fiber in its mixture with carbon fiber of fibrous filler of composite polymer antifriction material is selected from 2.58 to 11.5 wt%.

EFFECT: higher degree of car protection against alternating loads, higher efficiency of absorbing device and protection of cars with cargo against action of longitudinal forces and accelerations.
