FIELD: metal processing.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to production of steel ropes. Device includes a housing, a mark, a mechanism for compressing housing with mark and a unit for connecting a traction mechanism. On inner surface of housing and mark there are recesses for placement of pulled rope like ends of housing and mark are folded, in which are coaxially arranged holes for connection to traction mechanism, and mechanism for compressing housing with mark is made in form of threaded yokes, fitted respectively on housing and mark and provided with nuts.
EFFECT: use of invention considerably simplifies design and reduces labour intensity for production thereof.
