FIELD: food industry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to food industry. Vegetal additive for meat products contains a mixture of barley and peas, obtained by CO2-homogenization, at a ratio of 1:1 in amount of 70.0-80.0 and preliminarily milled safflower grains in amount of 20.0-30.0. Initial component quantities are expressed in terms of wt%.
EFFECT: invention is aimed at increasing nutritive value of the vegetal additive due to increased vegetal lipids content, as well as omega-6 and omega-9 of fatty acids.
