FIELD: food industry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a fishing industry, namely the production of food products from milt of fish, and may be used for preparing cooking fish products. Method includes preparation of raw material, grinding milk prepared forcemeat mixture, homogenization, heat treatment and cooling. Homogenization is carried out for 5-11 minutes. As components used milt of fish, vegetable oil, ice water and flavorings. All the components are used at the weight specified ratio.
EFFECT: invention provides a food product based on fish soft roe.
