SUBSTANCE: invention relates to preparation of products for healthy nutrition. Cereal product for the correction of metabolism under the effect of environmental factors includes whole grain flour, first grade wheat flour, oat bran, brazil nuts, pecans, safflower, cardamom, spirulina, salt, water, coconut oil. Components are used at the following initial ratio, wt.%: whole grain flour—18.6–19.2, first grade wheat flour—17.1–17.7, oat bran—15.0–15.9, brazil nut—2.7–3.3, pecan—1.9–2.2, safflower—1.3–1.5, cardamom—2.0–2.2, spirulina—2.3–2.5, salt—0.4–0.5, water—14.7–15.3, coconut oil—the rest.
EFFECT: invention enables to obtain a grain product with increased nutritive value, which provides improved metabolism under the effect of unfavorable environmental factors.
