Method comprises determining whether resource allocation is out of synchronisation between user equipment (UE) and an evolved Node B (eNodeB) during a hybrid automatic repeat request (HARQ) transmission and/or retransmission process. Method further includes increasing a power level and/or an aggregation level of a physical downlink control channel (PDCCH).

EFFECT: technical result consists in mitigating loss of resource allocation synchronisation effect.
