FIELD: heating.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a stove with an energy-saving food preparation process. A stove includes a food preparation chamber, in which a food preparation process takes place, a heater providing preparation of food placed in the chamber, a thermostat that controls operation of the heater, and a control assembly that ensures execution of a food preparation process at least at three stages. At the first stage, the food preparation process is performed at first temperature (T1) determined by a user at the beginning of the preparation process for duration (t1) of the first stage; at the second stage, the process is performed at the second temperature (T2) that is lower than the first temperature (T1) and determined by the user for duration (t2) of the second stage, and at the third stage, the process is performed at the third temperature (T3) for duration (t3) of the third stage. The control device takes a decision on transition from the first stage to the second stage and/or from the second stage to the third stage in compliance with difference (Dt1, Dt2) between the time of subsequent cycles of activation/deactivation of the heater.
EFFECT: energy saving during food preparation.
