SUBSTANCE: invention can be used for radiation detection. Essence of the invention is that the detector array of the visualization system includes a tiled detector, tiled detector includes a photodetector array including a plurality of photosensitive pixels, the tiled detector further includes a scintillator array optically coupled to the photodetector array, tiled detector further includes a layer of electronic circuits or an ASIC on a substrate which is electrically connected to the photodetector array, electronic circuits layer includes a plurality of separate and separable processing regions, wherein each processing region includes a predetermined number of channels corresponding to a subset of the plurality of pixels of the photodetector, the processing regions being in electrical connection to each other, each processing region includes its own electric circuits of reference voltage and bias voltage.

EFFECT: possibility of creating one or more ASIC with reduced number of channels for a detector with lower accuracy or with fewer pixels.
