FIELD: agriculture.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to agriculture and can be used for early prediction of quality of root formation of cut green grafts of fruit and berry crops. Method includes measuring and determining ratio of modules of complete electrical resistance of their plant tissues, measured at two fixed frequencies, and its value is used to identify and reject cuttings, potentially unsuitable for rooting.
EFFECT: invention provides a method of diagnosing cut green grafts for prediction of their rooting ability.
