FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine and consists in a method of producing a drug preparation, method comprising formation of oil-in-water emulsion containing water, phospholipid, oil and vancomycin and/or gentamycin; homogenisation; microfluidisation; provision of pH from 3 to 6; lactoferrin for preparing dry paste; addition of ethanol or isopropanol in an amount of 25 wt% or more of weight of obtained solution; removal of ethanol or isopropanol for producing drug preparation containing from 1 to 20 wt% ethanol or isopropanol with respect to weight of depot preparation and sterilisation. Drug preparation contains not more than 4 wt% of water and is intended for administering intracutaneously, subcutaneously, intramuscularly through an incision or locally. Invention also relates to depot preparations containing vancomycin and/or gentamycin, and methods of administration thereof.
EFFECT: technical result consists in storage stability, possibility of administering subcutaneously, intramuscularly or placement into wound, as well as more prolonged release of active agent.
