SUBSTANCE: drive coupling assembly (50) for high-speed brush comprises coupling head (100) with axis (L ch) of rotation and containing three drive surfaces (106), arranged symmetrically about axis of rotation and spaced apart at 120 degrees, and connecting element (200) having rotation axis (L cm) and containing first three drive surfaces (210A), arranged symmetrically about axis of rotation and spaced at 120 degrees, in which coupling head (100) and connecting element (200) are made with possibility of detachable connection so that in joined condition of their axis (L ch, L cm) of rotation are combined, and coupling head (100) is made with possibility of rotation for actuation of each of its drive surfaces (106) in contact with appropriate connecting element first drive surface (210A), and in which coupling head drive surfaces (106) and connecting element first driving surface (210A) are configured to drive first in contact with second led to application and torque, and axial force to connecting element.
