FIELD: aerodynamics.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to experimental aerodynamics. Device contains model of object installed on tail holder fixed in rack of wind tunnel, and measuring weighing device connecting holder with tested model. Measuring weighing device represents strain balance for rudders and strain balance for wings arranged in tail and wing compartments of model, respectively. Measuring rotary console of rudder is fitted upon bracket fixed in strain balance for rudder, and measuring rotary wing console is fitted upon bracket fixed in strain balance for wing. Rest of pivoted tail consoles, except measurement ones, are rigidly attached to housing of model by steering and wing brackets, respectively. Brackets of each model compartment have unified mounting seats for implementation of their replacement, wherein brackets fixed in strain balance are installed in bases of respective tails with gaps.
EFFECT: technical result consists in possibility of study range expansion with high-reliability when determining aerodynamic loads acting on model folding rudders and wings at different variations of their relative location.
