FIELD: electricity.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to power supply for electric networks contacting with current collectors of vehicles. Traction substation comprises traction transformers with voltage regulation under load, distribution devices, regional, higher, traction voltage, relay protection device and emergency automation (RPA), control device of switching devices and communication channels. Distributing device of traction voltage comprises first and second sections of the bus system, section disconnect switches, sectional switch. First and second section of the system comprises inputs feeder, contact system feeder and two wires-rail feeder, auxiliary transformers feeder, spare cell voltage transformers, bypass system and a synchronization unit. Sectional switch is connected to the first and second section of the bus system through sectional switches, and is connected to the synchronization unit, which is connected to the control device by switching devices by communication channels. Control device of switching devices is connected to the RPA device by communication channels.
EFFECT: providing selective disconnection of one of the sections in the bus system of traction substation.
