FIELD: mining.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to mining industry and can be used in open development of deposits of solid minerals by means of quarry hydraulic excavator. Method for development of deposits of solid minerals includes extraction of blasted rock by quarry hydraulic excavator, having running trolley, rotary platform, working equipment, unloading linear conveyor and receiving rotary conveyor. Unloading of rock mass is performed from ladle to constant point with provision of conversion of cyclic nature of digging into continuous flow of loaded rock mass. When the rock mass moves by blades-scrapers along the receiving rotary conveyor, the fine fraction is separated on sieving vibrating grids installed in the annular bottom. Separated fine fraction accumulates in accumulator, from where via pipelines, by means of pneumatic conveying system, is supplied to tight bin of vehicle. In the presence of oversize inclusion in the rock mass, the scraper blade moves the oversizing on the grates, over the unloading opening to the oversize removal zone, and tilter is turned by means of hydraulic cylinder and shifts oversize inclusion into inclined tray, on which oversized inclusion slides to surface of bottomhole.
EFFECT: technical result consists in increase in the blown rock extraction process productivity, improvement of environmental efficiency due to reduction of dusting during loading and transportation operations, reduction of losses of fine fractions of valuable components.
