SUBSTANCE: invention relates to mining industry and can be used in open development of coal deposits by means of quarry hydraulic excavator. Method of development of deposits of solid minerals involves excavation of rock with a quarry hydraulic excavator. Unloading of rock mass from ladle is carried out into receiving hopper with classifier with separation of large-lump rock mass from fine and medium lump rock mass, directed through intermediate hopper to feeder, wherein the coarse-grained rock mass is fed into the crusher, crushed and fed successively to the feeder and the dump conveyor. At unloading of rock mass from ladle dust suppression process is performed by dust suction with aspiration device installed on side wall. Dust zone in the front part is localized above the receiving bunker by supplying disperse liquid from nozzles installed on the front sides of the side walls and connected to the liquid supply system from the container. By means of a dump conveyor equipped with scrapers, a screening grid and a casing, fine fractions are extracted from the rock mass, which are fed via a pipeline through a pipeline into a sealed bunker of the transport facility via a pneumatic conveying system.
EFFECT: technical result consists in improvement of process efficiency due to reduction of losses of small fractions of mineral, improvement of quality of coal due to removal of coal fines directly in the working face, improvement of environmental efficiency due to reduction of dusting during excavating and loading and transportation works.
