SUBSTANCE: invention can be used for independent power supply to both separate devices, mechanisms and machines, and large residential and industrial facilities. Galvanic element consists of two electrodes and electrode layers, wherein positive electrode is made of nickel or zinc oxide, negative electrode is made of aluminium, and inter-electrode layer used is electricity-generating material containing carbon structures, obtained by means of thermal catalytic oxidation of volatile hydrocarbons in temperature range 600-800 °C on a catalyst based on nanoparticles of nickel or nickel-aluminium alloys, or a mechanical mixture of nanoparticles of nickel and aluminium, wherein electricity-generating material can produce electric power when doped with molecules of deionised water and opening of chain.
EFFECT: longer operating time of battery made of two or more of galvanic elements.
