FIELD: fire safety.
SUBSTANCE: explosion-proof panel comprises a metal armoured frame with metal armoured plating and lead filling and has four fixed bearing pipes at the butts. In the explosive object coating, four support rods are tightly sealed, which are telescopically inserted in the fixed bearing pipes of the panel. The filler is made in the form of dispersed air-lead system, wherein the lead is shaped in the form of crumbs. The support rods are made elastic, and the fastening and fast-disintegrating, one-time action elements are fastened to the stop sheets. The quick-breaking element is made, for example, in the form of a sleeve embracing the support rod and made of triplex glass or porcelain or ceramic or a combined material. The spring-damping element is made in the form of an elastomer sleeve, for example a polyurethane, or a spring filled with polyurethane. At least one quickly destructing element is equipped with alarm system designed as a sleeve, for example, made of glass type "triplex", or porcelain, covering the support rod and having an embedded security indicator in middle portion in the form of two truncated conical surfaces, the tops of which are directed towards each other. On one of the surfaces is fixed a sensor that reacts to destruction, for example, a strain gage, the output of which is connected to a signal amplifier arriving at the input of an emergency notification system.
EFFECT: invention makes it possible to increase the reliability of the operation of explosion-proof devices during an emergency explosion at the facility, to ensure the return of these structures to their original position after the explosion, and to alert personnel about the occurrence of an emergency situation.
