FIELD: protective devices.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to protective devices used in explosive and radioactive facilities, such as easy detachable panels and roofs, blast guards and shields, pressure relief valves. Anti-explosion panel contains a metal armored frame with metal armored plating and a filler-lead and has four fixed branch pipes at the ends, in which four bearing rods mounted in the coating of explosive facility are rigidly inserted. Filler is implemented as the disperse system "air – lead”, and the lead is granulated, and load-bearing bars are made flexible. To ends of support rods, to which the stopping sheets are attached, on the side facing the metal frame, extra elements damping effect of shock wave made of an elastomer, for example polyurethane, are attached, or combined, for example, elastic-damping. As an elastic element of combined additional elements damping the impact of the shock wave, a conical spring is used, bottom base of which rests against the stopping sheets and is fixed on them by filling with polyurethane, and the upper base faces towards the armored metal skin.
EFFECT: technical result – increased reliability of explosion-protection devices in case of an explosion at the site and providing the return of these structures into their initial positions after the explosion.
