FIELD: fire safety.
SUBSTANCE: blast resistant panel with emergency warning system contains the metal armoured frame with the metal armoured shell and the lead filler, which has four fixed support sleeves in the ends, and four support rods are rigidly embedded in the cover of the explosive object, which are telescopically inserted into the fixed support sleeves of the panel, the filler is made in the form of the air-lead disperse system. The lead is made in the form of crumbs, and the support rods are made elastic. The additional elements are attached to the support rods ends from the side turned to the metal frame, which damp the blast effect, the emergency warning system is installed between the additional elements and metal frame and it has the safety indicator, fastened between the flanges, which are rigidly fixed on the metal frame armoured shell top part of the blast panel and at the explosive object cover top, intended to drop the excessive pressure. The safety indicator consists of the sensor, responding to deformation, such as the resistance strain gage, the output of which is connected to the signal amplifier, such as the strain gauge amplifier, and the strain gauge amplifier output is connected to the emergency warning system input. The elastic damping elements are fixed in the upper part of the support rods so, that one end of which is rigidly connected to its base by the support sheets, and the other - is free. Each of the elastic damping elements are made in the form of at least two compound springs, one end of which is rigidly fixed at the support sheets, and the second is fixed on the bushing, freely positioned on the rod, coaxially to the rod, and the protective bushing, made of the rapidly degradable material, for example a triplex glass, is installed between the support sheets and the bushing, freely positioned on the rod.
EFFECT: blast protective devices operation reliability improvement in case of emergency blast at the facility, and provision of these structures return into the original position after the blast.
