FIELD: safety devices.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to protective devices used in explosive and radioactive facilities. Explosion proof panel with emergency (ES) warning system comprises metallic armored frame with metallic armored skin and lead filler. Panel has in its ends four motionless supporting branch pipes. In coating of explosive object are rigidly embedded four bearing rods, which are telescopically inserted into fixed branch pipe-support of panel. Filler is made in form of air-lead disperse system. Lead is made in form of chips. Support rods are made resilient. To load-bearing rods end faces on side facing to metal frame, additional elements damping blast wave effect are attached. Between additional elements and metal frame with armored metal skin on load-bearing bars bushings from easily destructible material are installed. ES warning system consists of fastener assembly of explosive facility safety system "weak link", responding to emergency situation occurrence, made in form of safety indicator. Latter is secured between flanges, which are rigidly fixed on blast panel metal frame armored metal plating upper part, and in explosive facility coating upper part next to excess pressure release opening. Safety indicator consists of sensor responding to deformation, for example resistive strain gauge, which output is connected to signal amplifier, for example strain amplifier, and strain amplifier output is connected to ES warning system input. Higher reliability of explosion protective equipment operation.
EFFECT: enabling return of structures into initial position after explosion.
