FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to talocrural prosthesis assembly, and can be used in prosthetics of lower extremities. Ankle prosthesis assembly comprises shell of foot with formed into it Insert with talocrural hinge, on which with possibility to swing there is housing with front and rear ankle support platforms. Between rear support platform and insert there is damper. In front insert pad guide is installed with groove across direction relative to foot, in which with possibility to lateral movement there is stepped support with uneven sections intended for interaction with front ankle support platform. Guide is equipped with retainer intended for stepped support positioning in specified positions. Shock absorber is made with adjustable compression. On sides of shell opposite to stepped support there are through holes to allow access to stepped support. In guide there is a limiter, designed for interaction with blind by length slot of stepped support.
EFFECT: invention is more safe and reliable.
