FIELD: medical equipment, applicable for prosthetics of lower extremities. SUBSTANCE: talocrural assembly of foot prosthesis is made in the form of a framework moulded in facing with front and rear supporting platforms. The talocrural hinge with a shackle and body of the malleolus has the front and rear supporting platforms and a shock absorber. The front platform of the foot framework is made with a convex upper surface, and the front supporting platform of the body of the malleolus has a slot receiving a strip for movement, the strip surface facing the front platform of the framework is made in the form of different-high sections arranged along the strip. The body of the malleolus is furnished with a lock, and both flanges of the foot facing have through holes located opposite the strip ends. EFFECT: provision of adjustment of foot in the process of use within the prosthesis to a larger or smaller height of the heel. 4 dwg
