SUBSTANCE: invention relates to novel compounds which are ester of 4,5-substituted isoxazole-3-carboxylic acid of general formula (1),

in which R¹ is a group selected from: substituted 1 - or 2-adamantyl, corresponding to general formula (2), wherein X represents a group selected from (CH₂)_, h = 0 or 2; O-(CH₂)₂ or C₆H₄-CH₂, with h from 0 to 2, Q is H, (CH₂)_mR⁴, where R⁴ = H or Ph, m = 1 or 2, where X is a group selected from: (CH₂), O-(CH₂)₂, C₆H₄-CH₂, h takes integer values from 0 to 2, wherein Q is (CH₂)_mR⁴ , where R⁴ = H or Ph , m = 1 or 2; or substituted bicyclo[3.3.1]non-3-yl, corresponding to general formula (3), where X is a group selected from (CH₂), O-(CH₂)₂, C₆H₄-CH₂, wherein h receives integer values from 0 to 2;

in which n takes integer values from 0 to 3; R² denotes H, NHC(O)R³, COOR³, normal or branched alkyl (C1-C3); R³ normal or branched alkyl (C1-C3); in the presence of several substitutes R² in the structure, they can be identical or different; Q is H, (CH₂)_mR⁴ , where R⁴ = H or Ph, m = 1 or 2.

EFFECT: technical result is obtaining novel compounds suitable as viruses of Flavivirus type reproduction inhibitors.
