SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a method of producing dietary carbonated alcohol-free beverage. According to first version, method involves combining water and sweetening quantity of rebaudioside D (Reb D) without heating to produce sugar water with content from 400 to 500 ppm Reb D. Carbon dioxide is then injected into sweetened water to obtain carbonated sweetened Reb D water, which is combined with non-sweetened syrup and a dietary carbonated alcohol-free beverage is obtained. According to second version, method involves combining water and a sweetening quantity of rebaudioside D (Reb D) without heating to produce sweetened water with content from 400 to 500 ppm Reb D. Obtained sweetened water is then mixed with syrup and carbon dioxide is introduced. As a result, a dietary carbonated alcohol-free beverage is obtained. Alcohol-free beverage according to said versions has pH from 3 to 5.
EFFECT: invention enables to produce a beverage with zero caloric content, while providing given sweetness.
