SUBSTANCE: capsule containing at least one ingredient for preparing a food product by means of passing water through it; wherein said capsule comprises the water inlet wall (5) and the product yield wall (7); wherein said product yield wall (7) has at least the first pierceable wall portion (7A) and the second pierceable wall portion (7B) recessed relative to the first wall portion (7A); wherein said product yield wall (7) is asymmetrical relative to the longitudinal axis (AA) of said capsule (1), and the second wall portion is made with the possibility to stretch under the pressure and to be pierced with the piercing element, providing flowing the food product out of the capsule, when the second wall portion is stretched by water pressure in the capsule. Preventing the beverage contamination with the residues of another beverage in the dispensing channel is provided, because the dispensing channels are independent and are used selectively, depending on the capsule bottom shape, i.e. depending on the position of the cavity in the capsule bottom.

EFFECT: such capsule may be used in the cooking chamber for preparing various kinds of beverages based on the capsule position taken in the cooking chamber.
