SUBSTANCE: invention relates to technical characteristics of transportation and short-term storage of water and can be used for provision of water at negative temperatures, in particular in the conditions of Far North and the Arctic. Device consisting of two nozzles, which direct flame to the furnace compartment, with further passing of hot air through the clamping device, representing evenly distributed partitions for the purpose of a delay of hot air and heating, is mounted in the tank for water pipes, made from stainless steel and arranged inclined for purpose of his free passing by means of natural draft and removal through bypass pipe, at that the nozzles are mounted in the edge wall of the tank, work at the liquid fuel supplied from a fuel tank with a manometer through gas pipe, receiver for creation of a pressure in the system.

EFFECT: provided increasing of efficiency and water heating rate.
