FIELD: metallurgy.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to metallurgy. Steel slab containing, wt.%: C 0.001-0.10, Si 1.0-5.0, Mn 0.01-0.5, S and/or Se 0.01-0.05, soluble Al 0.003-0.050 and N 0.0010-0.020%, is subjected to hot rolling, single, double, or repeated cold rolling. If necessary, intermediate annealing between passes, until production of cold-rolled sheet of final thickness.
EFFECT: primary recrystallization annealing of cold-rolled sheet is performed at heating in temperature range of 550 °C to 700 °C with average rate 40-200 °C/s, at that in some temperature zone between 250 °C and 550 °C at rate of not more than 10 °C/s for 1 to 10 seconds, then, annealing separator is applied and final annealing is performed, achieving in result diminishing secondary recrystallization grain, and stable production of textured electrical steel sheets with low losses in iron.
