Method of manufacturing a textured electrical steel sheet using an inhibitor-free technology involves final cold rolling with a common cold rolling reduction, equal to 85 % or more, and a rolling reduction of 32 % or more per pass. Final cold rolling includes one or more passes and an end pass following one or more passes, and uses work rolls having a roughness (Ra) of 0.25 mcm or less in at least one out of one or more passes other than the final pass.
EFFECT: according to this method, the stability of the magnetic properties at a low cost is ensured.
